Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Listelf and how we use it.
Data Collection
In order to use the Listelf application, the following personal data will be collected:
- Email address - Used for login, to contact users about app updates, and billing information. The password used for login is processed by Google, our servers do not retain this.
- Shopify shop name - Used to navigate you to the correct URL when crosslisting to Shopify.
- OAuth authentication tokens - When you authorize Listelf to integrate with supported selling platforms, we securely store authentication tokens. These tokens allow the app to perform actions on your behalf (for example creating listings) and are handled according to each platform's security requirements.
- In-app usage metrics and app preferences (number of crosslistings performed, source and target platforms, source and target listing URLs, etc.) - Used for two reasons. First, this information is crucial for tracking down bugs because it gives developers an opportunity to inspect which specific listings the extension is having trouble with. Second, it helps determining which platforms are popular, thus gives us information on where to focus future development efforts.
- Visits to supported platforms. Specific URLs, shop or listing names are not tracked, only the fact whether a specific platform (e.g. Depop, Poshmark) was visited. This is to determine which platforms users are having trouble using the extension on.
Upon creating an account and activating a subscription, users agree to the collection of this data.
Listelf Support
When you start a session in the Listelf Support browser extension and share its code, you authorize Listelf support staff and the AI service providers assisting them to inspect and interact with supported marketplace and Listelf tabs, and check or change Listelf settings.
Support data is transmitted over encrypted connections. The support relay temporarily processes session data in memory and does not persist page contents. Information shared with support staff and AI services may remain in support conversations and service records under their applicable retention policies; ending a session does not delete those records.
You can stop access at any time. Access also ends when support disconnects or the session expires. Stopping access does not undo actions already taken.
Log Files
Listelf follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, Listelf uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
Policy Scope
This privacy policy applies to the Listelf website, application, and browser extensions, including Listelf Support.
